FHA Approved: commencing in February, 2000, residential appraisals that meet FHA requirements are now offered. 

Services Available: residential, land, partial takings, easements, special situations, income properties, etc.,  market studies, cost estimates and analyses, feasibility studies, rental surveys, statistical and data base analyses, financial studies and statements analysis.

Experience: residential (including mobile homes), rental surveys, commercial, apartments, a town hall, right-of-way and partial takings, easements, an elementary school, expert witness testimony, small income properties, a library building, industrial properties, special situations, condemnation, and vacant land using form, short narrative, and full narrative formats for various lenders, governmental agencies, and individuals.
